Volunteers needed for Bevo Burn, April 11-12
Bevo Burn 2008 starts at noon on Friday April 11th and ends about 2:00 p.m.
Saturday April 12th.
I need help beginning around 5:00 p.m. on Friday to help set up the booth
area, start the fire, unload equipment and prepare the brisket for cooking. Preparing
the brisket should last until the sun goes down. I also need 6 people
to help keep the fire going during the night and to rotate the briskets.
The next group of about 20 begins around 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning. We
need to set up the serving area, cut brisket, cook sausage & beans, serve
until the food runs out and finally help clean and loading up.
Thanks and Gig' em Ags!
