Monthly Luncheon     

       The March luncheon will be on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center on George Bush Drive.  The guest speaker will be Dr. Frank B. Ashley III, the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs for the Texas A&M System. Doors open at 11:45 and the meal will be served at noon.  The cost will be $13 with a reservation and $15 at the door.  Please make your reservations by 5:00 p.m. on  Friday, March 5, 2010 by calling (979) 775-0336 of by clicking HERE.

               Help the Club grow its membership and earn a chance to eat for free.  If you are a member and bring a guest who is not currently a member of the Club, you will be entered into a drawing for 2 free lunches at the April luncheon.

 Hullabaloo Happy Hour

        The next Hullabaloo Happy Hour will be Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Ozona Grill & Bar on Harvey Road.  The happy hour will begin at 5:30 and last till 7:30.  Specials include $1 wells and $1.95 chips and queso.  Hullabaloo Happy Hours will occur each month on the second Thursday of the month.  The locations will vary so be sure to check the monthly updates or the website.

Reflections Display - Campus Muster

        In order to more fully recognize the lives of our honored Aggies, personal items will be displayed as a living memorial to the Campus Muster Roll Call honorees. As  family members of honorees we ask you to submit photographs, letters, stories or other personal items which reflect on their loved one's life. We would like to display anything that you feel can offer a look into who this Aggie was, what they did, and how they touched those around them.

        Please submit items by Friday April 2, 20010 but no later than April 17, 2010 to the Muster Committee Cubicle in the Student Government  Office.  Softly call the Muster...Let comrade answer here.  This may be done in person or by mail:

Bevo Burn Coming Soon!

        Bevo Burn will take place during Parents’ Weekend on April 16-17, 2010.  The Club will be cooking brisket, ribs, chicken, and beans at Simpson Drill Field beginning around 5:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon.  We will be cooking all night and serving the food at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning.  Please feel free to come out for 1 hour or the entire night and bring your entire family as this event is always fun for the adults and children.  If you have any questions or would like to volunteer, please contact the Club by clicking HERE.

PLAY GOLF AT TRADITIONS CLUB 

Traditions Club at Texas A&M is hosting the A&M Club Challenge Championship featuring teams from across the nation competing in a Four-Man Best Ball Tournament.

 Teams may play anytime between March 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010, excluding Mondays and Holidays.  At the end of the period, the top 5 teams will be invited back for a final event on July 24, 2010.
